Old farmhouse

A farmhouse from 1770 that I'm restoring with my own hands. It's my personal architectural workshop - a place to learn and try things out at full scale.

The point isn't to erase the building's age but to keep what gives it character - exposed beams, thick walls and the original roof structure. I repair around them, slowly and by hand, as time and learning allow.

I treat it as a laboratory: a place to get hands-on with details, materials and ways of building, and to learn by doing what a drawing can never fully convey.
