Čtvrť pod Hády

A new residential quarter on the edge of Brno below the Hády hill - a group of apartment houses and a slim tower set into a former quarry landscape.

The masterplan arranges a whole family of buildings, low blocks plus one tall landmark, around shared green courtyards - what turns a rough, post-industrial site above the city back into somewhere people live.

The photographs follow the quarter step by step: from a bare site through foundations and rising structure to the finished, colour-coded houses.
