The site sat unused for decades — a steep, awkward quarry face most developers wrote off. The strategy was to treat the slope as the design's starting condition: each home steps back from the one below, so every unit keeps its own terrace, light and view out over the valley.

The whole project was delivered in a coordinated BIM model — structure, services and façade in one shared environment, which kept a complex geometry buildable on a tight site.
